No problem, Alt,F,I, did the trick.

Apparently in some update that feature was changed, possibly by Oracle, who knows. Thanks.

I'd also forgotten that unless the account is an Exchange account (outlook.com or a business/entity using Exchange) you won't have an Automatic Replies button.  If you're using something like Gmail or other IMAP or POP account, you have to set up out of office replies using Rules.

I am Glad you have a solution for now. I don’t tend to use the alt Q feature in Outlook, but it does seem that I have to be an open message for it to work and I wasn’t getting any results when searching for assistant or autoreplies as I would expect.   I searched for the word “bold” and got the expected results.  Seems like this might be a limitation in Outlook.
