Moderated Notepad speaks line number at the end of each line
I do not see any option for Notepad to even display lines in such a way that the screen reader would read them. It sounds to me like wherever this material was copied from had line numbers placed at the end of each line and they were part of the copy and paste.
If everything you open in Notepad is doing this then I have no idea.

It was just one document. Interestingly enough, it must have been temporary. I closed my laptop for lunch and when I opened it back up they were gone. Not sure what button or buttons I hit, but sometimes having the line number and column number read at the end of the line might be useful.

Is this in all documents you open in Notepad, or just this one.
