By chance are you running Windows 10 32-bit edition? JAWS 2022 and newer only supports 64-bit OS installs.

So i tried the offline installer but with still same results very strange . Maybe I'll just wait till a new beta to drop and try again.

Perhaps you should use the JAWS offline installer. Here are the relevant links.
Download JAWS
This enables the installation to occur without having to download various components during the installation process.

So every time I go to install the Jaws 2023 beta, the install reaches 50% and then I am presented with the following dialog box. I haven't a clue what it is asking of me, so any ideas are welcome.
