I'll correct myself because I went and looked it up. The speech history size was increased from 50 lines to 500 lines in JAWS 2021.

Hi, Mark. If you want to copy just a portion of your JAWS Speech History to clipboard, follow the steps that Gene Warner outlined. If, on the other hand, you want to copy the entire JAWS Speech History to the clipboard, the following command is available,
Copy Speech History to Clipboard. Insert + Space, control + H Copies whatever is currently available in Speech History directly to the Clipboard.
Having this command available, though does not preclude the use of CONTROL plus A to select everything in JAWS Speech History, followed by CONTROL plus C to copy the entire JAWS Speech History to the clipboard. The Insert + Space, followed by control + H command is just a command that cuts off a step.

For controls that appear as graphics you could try the graphics labeler in JAWS. Unfortunately I can't tell you how to use it because I've never used it myself. Out of curiosity, would this work when you're trying to reassign classes to controls that would otherwise not be spoken correctly by JAWS? For example, if a program is made with Visual Basic, and all the controls seem to be spoken as "Graphic 0", most of them seem to be rendered as "ThunderRT6UserControlDC" when in fact they could be "Left/Right Sliders", "Up/Down Sliders", "Buttons", "Edits", "Combo Boxes", "Checkboxes", and the like?
