The thing that I think you were looking for is an email template. That’s where you fill out all the information that you want and it saves it all so then you just fill in the body of the email and send it and it’ll go to everybody

Until now I am ok just with the basics of outlook. I now have to create a list of email addresses so when sending an email I can just put in the name of the list and all names on that list get the email. This way I can add and remove names from the list as needed. Is there a book or document that contains information about using outlook from the keyboard? |

I suggest you do a search for "using outlook with a screen reader". You should get results from Microsoft support with individual articles covering almost everything you will need. There are about a dozen articles that explain how to use the keyboard to access Outlook, including a list of keyboard shortcuts Outlook supports. When you access one of these articles, you will see "See also..." at the end, with links to the other related articles. Rod ----- Original Message -----
