Moderated Saving to OneDrive
Tom Cramer
Hello,
I wanted to know if there was an easy way to save to OneDrive as the default. Right now, if I save word or Excel things, they go to my regular Documents folder and then I have to move it to the documents folder in OneDrive. Is there a way of actually making it my default saving folder, and can I also make it my default Documents folder that comes up when I want to retrieve things I save? Thank you. Tom |

You can make your Documents folder a OneDrive folder and thus, the saving is automatic. I am not sure of the exact procedure for this, but I have seen systems where the Documents folder was, by default, in OneDrive. Cordially, Curtis Chong -----Original Message-----

While in an office program, open file, then options and arrow down to the Save category. There is an option in there where you can tell Office where you want to save things by default. I assume that is the appropriate way to do it.

Hi Tom,
Which group are you sending this question to? I
believe the group you want has changed it's email addresses because I don't
recognize any of the email links in the message headers at the bottom of the
messaage, they're from an older group.
Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. ----- Original Message -----

Hi Brian and Tom,
I understand and didn't want it to sound like I was
trying to create a problem but, for those of the list members that use message
rules to separate emails I thought at first the email had been sent to the,
jfw@groups.io, email
address but, I was wrong.
It had been sent to, undisclosed-recipients: , so I
modified the message rule for this group to reflect this and hope this will
direct Tom's messages of the future into this groups folder.
Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. ----- Original Message -----
