Lol. Nice, I guess. A way to circumvent the neutering of windows on the neutered windows, by emulating non-neutered windows.

No. But if you need that version, that'll be the only version you can run. As I understand it it's a truncated, sort of neutered version of Windows designed to only work with modern universal apps or something.
