I am also imperfect, and because I help quite a few people with their computers, as well as maintaining two computers of my own, I make quite a few more mistakes.

Oh, well. We all make mistakes.  Truthfully though, someone could have easily fixed it when they replied to your enquiry. It could have been done very diplomatically without you even knowing.

Well, all I can say is my spelling was atrocious till I used a spell checker. Even the word atrocious I'd frequently misspell. I blame the scholastic system. LOL. Till grade 5 in elementary school I was spelling the word ghost, goast. I was never corrected till then.

Moreover, there was no mis-slelling as ppreform is actually part of
another word -- .

Frankly, if I had just joined this list -- and read this thread -- I would
hesitate in participating as the list would have come across as very
unfriendly.
It reminds me of a discussion by a bunch of spinster retired schoolmarms
who were more concerned with form rather than substance.
Email lists are give and take discussions, not literature.
And, what Madison did, was transpose 2 letters which are next to each
other on the kb.

And as folks knew what Madison was asking, that is all that matters.

And over the months I have been here, the questions Madison has raised
have provided everyone with a lot of useful information.

Keep posting.
