Moderated Calendar in Outlook

Thanks! Changing the view to week puts the appointment in the order I like.

Kevin,

That is odd.  Could you try a couple different views just to see if anything changes? I already find the Outlook calendar finicky with JAWS, so this would be really annoying.  I hear what you describe, but it’s mainly when I move from day to day. Once I hit tab and it lands on an event, it will read in the normal way. I’m on Microsoft Outlook Subscription Version 16.0.14326.21062

Hello,

I’m using most recent windows10, Outlook 2016 and Jaws 2022. For some reason out of the clear blue, the order of an appointment has switched around. It now says day view, one total event and then the description. Before it read description, location, time and date. I went into view and the settings and then columns. There was nothing to set the order like what I can do to an email. I talked to Microsoft Accessibility and they said there is nothing I can do at this time. I would have to leave feedback and maybe it would be taken care of in a future update. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Cheers,

Kevin
