Moderated jaws reading a lot of unnecessary information when reading ocr-ed documentss

After you OCR, copy the text and paste it into notepad to remove all the graphics.

Then select all and copy from notepad to your chosen application like Microsoft word.

Note that this will also remove other formatting like headings and tables.

i use fine reader 14, jaws 2021, office 16. when i ocr documents, in the word copy, jaws reads the following kinds of things before the actual text:

a. graphic shape image s-and-so inches by s-and-so inches.

textbox.

 

This is quite annoying and a distraction. Any way to stop it from reporting this unnecessary information?
