Yes, it does, and I don't even know if it needs to set up. I believe that all the apps and files are reset when the restart begins.

I am running Jaws 22 and windows 11 on a Lenovo tiny desktop. I need to do a full factory reset and have info to do this. What I need to be sure of is that when this is completed, and the system shut down, does it begin the new setup of win 11 when re-booted? Thanks Marie
