moderated splitting speakers

Milton Ota

Hi,

The layered command described works in all applications not just certain applications and it certainly works in Zoom.

If you need to get audio back to both left and right speakers use the layered command Insert + S[Spacebar followed by the letter B then followed by the up-arrow.

It's insert spacebar to open the layered command level, then v, then b. I think I recall that it only works in certain programs. I read about it on the release notes for JAWS 2022.

Hi. try insert, v, then b, then arrow to the right or left howevery you want things then just do the reverse to get it back to normal.
I've used this on a few zoom meetings and have really liked it.

Hello,

Each time I go into Zoom I get the message telling me about splitting
the speakers so Jaws goes to one and other audio goes to the other. Is
there a way to get to the settings to split the speakers rather than
just going to Zoom?

Cheers,

Kevin
