Hi,
It is a checkbox that you can enter on in the view
menu, which is only there inside a new message, because you cannot have that
option unless you are composing a message.

I found another way. After opening a new message with control n. Hit alt and arrow right to past help. A edit box will open. Type in add bcc field and hit enter.

Once it's been turned on, it will remain "turned on" and always show up in the compose window unless you reverse the process. -- Brian - Windows 10, 64-Bit, Version 21H1, Build 19043 It is the function of creative men to perceive the relations between thoughts, or things, or forms of expression that may seem utterly different, and to be able to combine them into some new forms--the power to connect the seemingly unconnected. ~ William Plomer

Hi, Albert. Try this instead, to cause the BCC field to be shown,
1. Open Outlook. 2. Open a new message which you would send to someone. 3. Press ALT plus the letter P, followed by the letter B. 4. Close the message you were going to send without sending it. 5. Open a new message to send to someone, and navigate through the to, CC and Subject fields. 6. Just before the Subject field, do you now see a BCC field? If so, it's fixed, and it will always show, until you reverse the action with ALT plus P, followed by B again.

I think the easiest way is to use, Alt+p followed by B, from within a new message. Using this the change is immediate in the new message. If you are still not able to see a BCC field when tabbing through the to & past the CC fields, do this. Open a new message use, Alt+P, nowArrowLeft until you hear BCC field, checked means it is showing. pressing enter here will check or uncheck the BCC option.

Alt + P followed by B does not work unless you uncheck the option called "Switch Ribbons Button", this can be found if you are in the compose message window by pressing the Alt key, arrow until you get to "File" and then press Shift + Tab. If it says Switch ribbon button checked" press enter to uncheck it and then the shortcut works.
