It has been a couple of years since I used Citrix, but they scripted a

special link or me to enter in to the connection on their server using the remote support. Then after connecting to the server I could use the various apps that were set up especially for me using JAWS. Jaws has a specific person on staff you can ask all these questions. Just tell your IT to call JAWS and they will tell them how to do it. They do have to install the JAWS on their server though.
