moderated formatting cells in excell 365 under windows 10

I for some reason I cannot find the format cells option with excel 365. it used to be easy to get help and ask excell to format cells but not anymore, lol! I am needing the proceedure for getting to the format cell function. thanks!

And if you want to do something like cell width, it's Alt + H followed by O and then it's "I" for auto adjust width opr "w" if you want tyo type in a value.

Thank you so much, won't forget this one, lol! I am always typing the wrong stuff and have to reformat a cell back to plain text.

Also, you can access the format menu by highlighting either one or multiple cells and use the application key followed by the “F” key. This will allow you to change the format of the cell(s) contents and lock/unlock or hide cells.
