You can buy a usb to serial converter. Search on google for usb to serial. Converters with FTDI chips are ok. But I think you need a 32 bits windows and not 64 bit to use it with jaws. The serial/32bit port communications are not supported in the 64 bit version of jaws. But in NVDA it will work I think.
