Moderated Using the "manage my content & devices" website with jaws?

Hi, I just got a new computer, so I need to deregister my old one.
However, I’m having an issue. I can’t click the word, “devices.”
I’m using Firefox, & jaws2021.
Can anyone help?

Hi, Jessica. What is the exact URL for the website where you are trying to manage your devices?
Also, if Firefox isn't cooperating, why not try Microsoft Edge. I have found that sometimes, Microsoft Edge is more up-to-date than Firefox. Sometimes Firefox is more up-to-date, as in the case where no other browser could access PayPal except for Firefox.
