moderated reading tables in word with jaws
Angus
Hi everyone,
looking for help.
using jaws Version 2020.2003.13 & Microsoft word version 2016
lets say I create a table in word, 4 columns, 4 rows.
now using the table keys, control, alt, arrow
as I come down either column 2 3 or 4 the jaws is reading out the content in column 1 before it reads the content of the row I'm in.
How do I stop the jaws from reading the content in column 1?
Thanks for any help, Angus

Hi, While in the document, hit insert V to open JAWS quick settings. Type “table” in the search field, then arrow down to “automatic table titles”. I have mine set to off.
