How do I disable forwarding? I went onto the gmail site and signed in, but before I could even get to settings my inbox came up and I couldn’t get out of it at all.

Just disable forwarding. There's no need to delete and re-create the account in Outlook. Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 One does not discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very long time. ~ André Gide

Is it possible to delete an account? I was able to add my gmail account, but then I realized that I should’ve gone in and disabled forwarding before doing so.

Did you find a fast and simple way to toggle between accounts? Note that each email account is level zero in a tree. Hitting control Y gets you to the folder tree list. Just arrow up to your current email account (at the top of the tree) and hit your left arro until it is at level zero and closed. Then arrow up or down to find the account you want and hit enter. Voila - the new in box shows up. I find this method preferable to going to the menus. -----Original Message----- From: main@jfw.groups.io <main@jfw.groups.io> On Behalf Of Madison Martin Sent: Tuesday, January 19, 2021 5:13 PM To: main@jfw.groups.io Subject: gmail question Hi all, I know that I can change the email that groups.io messages are sent too, but I'm wondering, can I have my gmail account and my mts account within the same Outlook shortcut on my desktop, or will I have to create a new Outlook shortcut for my gmail inbox? I hope this question makes se, sorry if it doesn't. I'm using Outlook 365, the latest Jaws 2021 and Windows 10 version 2004. Thanks for any help anyone can provide!!!! Madison

The desktop shortcut for Outlook opens Outlook. There are not separate shortcuts for specific accounts. Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 One does not discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very long time. ~ André Gide

Accounts are managed within Outlook itself, and you can have as many accounts defined within Outlook as you wish. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 One does not discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very long time. ~ André Gide
