moderated Reading Status Line in Word

Bill White <billwhite92701@...>

In Microsoft Word, JAWS key plus NumPad 3 reads the Status Line. Is there a laptop keyboard layout keystroke for this, or is there a way to assign another key for this in Keyboard Manager for those without a NumPad?

Thank you.

Try using the caps lokc key and the numpad key 3.

The caps lock key replaces the jaws key.

Hi, Justin. Her laptop doesn't have a NumPad, so she can't do that.

You could use the Caps Lock key but use the Page Down key from the “six pack “. I tried this and it does work.
