How do you reset Jaws 2021 back to original factory settings?
Thanks

Delete the JAWS folder from %appdata%\freedom scientific.

If you delete that folder, you will delete all settings for all Jaws versions you have installed.

Under %appdata%\freedom scientific and open the Jaws folder, you will find subfolders for each version of jaws that is installed. I don't know exactly what deleting that folder will do for you, but just pointing out that there are more versions of Jaws in there you may want to be aware of. What will happen is that up on the start of JAWS after deletion, the
settings will be restored from C:\programdata\freedomscientific\jaws\XXX whhere XXX is the JAWS version number. These settings are the factory settings usually.

I would first save the jaws settings in jaws utilities.

Then go to the freedom scientific folder and only delete the folder of the version that is to be reinstalled. Glenn
