moderated printing to pdf

Why can I print to pdf using Google Chrome sometimes, but not be able to do so on other web pages? Can MS Edge do this as well? Sometimes I want to safe a web page but cannot seem to select all text or if I can select it, copy and paste do not work. Sharon

Just curious if anyone has given new Chromium-based Edge an whirl with regard to reading PDFs? Early reports in the Win10 for Screen Reader Users group were quite positive. Even if you don't use it for anything else, it might be useful for PDFs if it does what you (some random you) are looking for.
