I'm facing a strange problem with Jaws
2019
unable to read anything via jaws in
udacity.com
it not read any links, headings, or forms.
NVDA read it almost fine
so what's the problem which let jaws unable to access
this eLearning site?
tested with chrome & Firefox latest version, OS.
windows-7.
any help will be appreciated.

I am running latest jaws with windows 10, it didn't read all that well with firefox, until I alt-tabbed out and back in, then it worked better. It worked fine right off the bat with the latest version of chrome. I suspect your problem is windows 7.

i success to navigate only either by using jaws cursor, or, turn off vertual cursor but when off vertual cursor all web shortcut are off and only key to move is tap key. do you think its windows7 issue? thanks |

I strongly suspect windows 7 is your problem if everything else you are running is up to date. Some things may still seem usable, but windows 7 needs to be put out to pasture.
