Hello All I hope I can make some understanding in here,I have jaws2019  with desktop computer window10  !! Whenever I go on email to reply back to the message  I hear jaws say time table edit  so I type a message  then send email  Then when I opens microsoft word document  when it open it’s say time table edit so I can type in the document or paste something in document !! Why is time table have something to do with email and document ? Is there a way to get rid off time table ?

Have you gone into Jaws speech history right after you heard this to make sure Jaws really says “time table” and not something else which sounds like it?

For me in Outlook Jaws simply says “edit” and in Word after I open a new

Word document it says “print, edit” which means it’s set to the “print view”.

press insert+spacebar and then h. the last 50 items that JAWS spoke last will show up. then you can select and copy from it as if it were a document. when you're finished using it, just press the escape key to return to the program you were in before using the speech history.

yes. after pressing insert+spacebar and then h, you can select and copy what JAWS has said in either Outlook and Word.

when you copy the first selection to the clipboard, you can continue to append the second selection by pressing insert+windows+c. this way you don't have to paste to something like notepad before copying the second selection, because if you don't paste the contents of the clipboard to something like notepad before copying the second selection, you'll lose (overwrite) the first copied selection. if you already know this, please ignore it as I don't want to confuse you.

when you need to copy more than one block of text in succession either from the same source or completely different sources, you can select and copy the first block by pressing control+c, and then append to it by selecting the second, third, fourth, etc. block and pressing insert+windows+c.

but if you select and copy the first block with control+c, and then select and copy the second, third, fourth, etc. block of text with control+c, the first block will be lost because it will be overwritten by the second, third, fourth, etc. block.

the reason I mentioned pasting the first block into a notepad document was that if you weren't aware of the append command and used control+c to copy the second block, you would not have lost the first block because it would have been pasted in a notepad document.

hope this makes sense to you. if not, maybe someone can explain it better. but if you already know about the append command, just ignore what I tried to explain.

press insert+spacebar and then h. the last 50 items that JAWS spoke last
will show up. then you can select and copy from it as if it were a
document. when you're finished using it, just press the escape key to
return to the program you were in before using the speech history.

Have you gone into Jaws speech history right after you heard this to
make sure Jaws really says "time table" and not something else which
sounds like it?

For me in Outlook Jaws simply says "edit" and in Word after I open a new

Word document it says "print, edit" which means it's set to the "print
view".
