Possibly your Jaws 2019 and 2020 have become corrupt. Try repairing or delete these programs and reinstall.
Try checking with FS (800) 444-4443 follow the prompts for tech support.

hi listers. hope someone can help me with this one. I have lost the jaws Cursor and can't get it to work on either jaws 16 or 20. could this be a problem with my system? I’m using win 7 with latest jaws.
