Need help with Backup Programs

Hi, Does anyone have recommendations for Backup software that works well with JAWS? I’m currently struggling with Allway Sync. I frequently need someone sighted, to help with getting around in the program. Also, is there an accessibility tutorial for this software? I use a laptop running Win 10 and the latest update of JAWS 18 Thanks for any help, Greg
