Accessibility of 1) Kindle Create versus 2) the MS Word Plug-in Therefore

Hi!

 

I am using JAWS 2019, MS Word 2016  and Windows 7.  I could use either 1) the Kindle Create stand alone desktop application or 2) an MS Word plug-in that, claims to accomplish the same thing as Kindle Create.  Does anyone have experience with this?  How accessible are these?
