Last week, I mentioned a bug in Windows 10 insider build 18323 and 18329 where Windows would crash on the sign-in screen either when siging out of Windows or returning from hybrid shutdown (using fast startup).

Well, this seems to have been fixed.

At least, I was successful both in using the sign-in screen after signing out, and upon reboot in fast startup modes.

Going to play with it a little more and will let you know if I have more trouble.
