Jaws Beta 3 Problem

I have a problem with Jaws 2019 Beta 3.

When I exit jaws and restart it, it says Jaws professional.  It should say Jaws Home Use Edition.

Tried updating my authorization, but it didn’t do any good.

Can any of you reproduce this problem?

Actually, it does in terms of what the SMA costs as Professional costs more.  Support should be contacted as to this issue.

Hello Pastor Gil,

I wouldn’t worry about that because mine does the same thing.

I ask about it and I was told that when the beta ended and the full version comes out it will correct itself and then it will show up as the home edition so I am going to let it work itself out.

I’ve seen that happen sometimes on one of my computers.  If I had to guess, it’s got something to do with how Jaws get’s the authorization.  Remember they’ve done something to try and get the program to start faster.  If I had to guess, your getting speech before the authorization is read.  I do know when your loading the demo it’s called Jaws professional so while I can’t be sure, it’s my guess.  One thing you can try is to select about jaws and see what it says after everything is loaded.
