You can do this with the Microsoft Windows Media Creation tool.

maybe so, but useing a 16gb flash drive will leave space for jaws, nvda,open book etc.

and they don't cost much now. so you could install them all from the same flash drive. also, with my u s b 2, 8gb flash drives will not work vary well with my u s b 3 ports. half the time windows 7 or 10 will detect them or they will but windows will say the drives are empty or need to be formatted. even though i know there are files on them. i can put them on a u s b 2 port and they work fine. i haven't had these problems with my 32gb u s b 2 flash drives i have now. they work on both ports. i haven't tried u s b 3 flash drives yet.
