JAWS and installing Adobe products--good news, bad news

I must have made it happen, I see it listed now. I also did Shockwave.
However, still no Youtube—what could have caused Youtube to become uncooperative
starting about a week or a little more ago? There’s total silence now when I
click on a desired video or whatever. Just the long list of stuff, but it
doesn’t play! ‘sup with that! Since I have somewhere to be tomorrow AM, I’m
closing up shop now, but feel free to respond; I’ll check email tomorrow night,
when my long day is over. Thanks, everyone.

Hi, Sandra. One of two things could have happened. Either the
volume is turned down on your flash player, which was never completely
uninstalled, or the "mute" button on YouTube is pressed, so you can't hear
what's playing.
