I am trying to select items on the dollar shave club website. It has how many do you want and it has quantity 1. I try to press 2 to change the quantity but it says no level 2 headings. I've arrowed and tabbed and tried with the jaws key and all and no luck.

Sounds like you are not in forms mode. Did you try pressing Enter to enter

You should press enter before you press 2.
