Lauren
Hi:
I try to open a file in Adobe PDF acrobat reader. It says empty document. Is there anyway I can access this file with John's? Please help Sincerely, Lauren Snyder, Ph.D. Sent from my iPhone |

This means the file as an image. Screen readers cannot read images. You must use optical character recognition software to convert the file to an editable format before Josquin read it.

Do read an image file, you need to use the JAWS OCR function. Press Jaws

Key plus spacebar, followed by the letter O, and then either the letter S for screen or D for document. If you're using JAWS 16, the document option is the best to use. Good luck! -----Original Message-----
