help with Jaws and Word 2013

Lauren #28668 Hi: I am having issues with being able to read text in Word 2013. Please help; when I try even the Jaws cursor mode, it only says blank. When I go to PC mode, and press read current line, it reads the line, but when I up or down arrow, I hear nothing. Dave... #28669 Possible that the document is just an image pasted into Word? How was the document created? Was it imported from a PDF file, perhaps? Have you tried using Convenient OCR on it to see if it reads that way? If it is a graphic, then you will not be able to edit it, and you'll have to use OCR to read it.
