Odd JAWS Behavior

Adrian Spratt #28641 Maggi, I have a similar configuration. My version of Outlook is 2010. I also encounter the problem of being unable to set up a reply periodically, and the only solution I've found is to reboot, as you do. However, your experience might offer a clue to what is going on. When JAWS tells you that a header isn't found when you press shift-h, it's suggesting the virtual cursor is on. The toggle key for the virtual cursor is JAWS key+z. The next time this happens, press that key combination once and then try typing again. I'd be curious if this works for you. Michael Mote #28643 This happens to me a lot using JAWS 16, and Outlook 2013. Usually I can get back into my message without having to reboot my computer, but my methods tend to vary.
