Firefox

Also, the risk with rolling back is that Firefox will be less secure. My understanding of the reason for most Firefox version updates is to maximize a secure online experience. I rarely have need of the JAWS cursor in Firefox, so this limitation doesn't bother me so far. Andre's problem appears to have had nothing to do with the version. It was a question of how to navigate long-standing Firefox menus.

Actually the major interface change happened with version 29. I've been
running version 30 and haven't had any trouble on either my laptop at
home, my desktop at home, or my desktop at work, all of which are
running JFW 15 and Windows 7. I'm on the home desktop now, and it has
not updated the FF31 yet.

Having issues with FireFox. Current version is 30. Tried to hit
alt-F to
get to the menue to try and figure out how to update FireFox to
version 31.
The file menu does not open and I can't figure out how to update.

Also experiencing interruptions that cause FireFox to go silent and
unresponsive to the keyboard. Any ideas?

I'm not having any trouble navigating with firefox and the JAWS cursor. You might want to make sure that the
Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox is unchecked. This has been a problem with the JAWS cursor for a while.

Yes. FireFox was in full screen mode. In this mode the menues are not
accessible. F11 switched back to a smaller screen mode which allowed access
to the menues. There were other issues we ran into but taking FireFox out
of full screen mode was the main thing.
