I can't find the control panel with windows 8.1, even worse than 8 with Jaws

Hi Lauren,
To easily find the Control Panel in Windows 8.1, press "Windows+X", this will open a menu that you can scroll down through and find "Control Panel" as well as many other helpful things. It's definitely not the Start Menu, but it is convenient.
