Is this happening on all websites or just one or two? If just one, would you post the link? You can copy the link to an email by pressing alt-d on the webpage to highlight the address, then control-c to copy it. Go to the message and press control-v to paste it in.
Which version of JAWS are you using?

I'm sorry to keep plaguing you with questions, but in that case, which operating system are you using (XP, Windows 7, etc.) and which browser (IE7, IE10, firefox, etc.)
I think these are the last questions that need answers if anyone here is to be able to offer advice.

A Google search? Also, which version of IE? You can check by placing focus on a page in IE and pressing JAWS key (insert on the PC) +control+v. JAWS will report the version number.

Yes, Tina, this is what I suspect, which is why I kept asking about the version of IE you're using.
I don't know if it's possible to roll back to an earlier version of IE that's still supported by your version of JAWS. Even if you could, it might not be wise because Microsoft probably doesn't give it security support anymore.
Is upgrading to JAWS 14 an option for you?

Hi Tina,
Thanks for corrected me about your computer. So therefore you have IE 9 right? I don't think IE 9 will work with jaws 11 in window xp !! Because I have desktop computer with window xp with IE 8 not IE 9
