disabling speaking of alt and Control keys

Hello everyone,
I reinstalled jaws on a Windows 7 computer, and now each time alt right arrow, control left arrow and so on are pressed, the key names are announced as the function is performed. I can't find where in the configuration settings to disable announcement of these keys. Your help would be appreciated.
