Dragging & Dropping
Lisle, Ted (CHFS DMS)
I'll find an excuse to try it; I've been paying for it for almost 16 years.

Lucky you! I don't think I've ever had drag and drop work.

Any ideas why this would be, why Windows would care or even know which key I used? I know that every key on a keyboard sends a different scan code, but even unto left versus right control keys? Wow! Thank you very much for your input but, your suggestion does not work. I get a message that says that the object could not be found or it is covered by another window & drag & drop has been canceled. I can't even begin to tell you how many different combinations of keystrokes &, having folders displayed in their own window or folders displayed in the same window without success. So, I don't normally give up on things but, this time, I did! LOL, hahaha hahaha hahaha, LOL Back to copy / cut & paste! Thanks again, take care. I am not sure why it didn't work. Here is what I am doing... I route jaws to pc, focus on the file to be dragged and dropped, insert r to unrestricted window, move to the destination folder shift mouse click to open the folder and did the CTRL insert numpad slash keystroke then it said it was dragged and dropped (something like that lol) but when routing back to pc, nothing! lol Kimsan kimsansong@... -----Original Message-----
