looking for some help on how to use the Windows7 voice Recognition program with jaws

hi everybody, I just signed up to this list!

I've been playing around with the recognition just lately. There is very

little setup evolved in using it. And it seems to work well with the MS-Windows programs on the computer. Not so much with other ones though. For example, I was able to perform an Internet search using the recognition with IE8 on GOOGLE. However, I went into another program and although it would let me use the menus, it would not let me dictate in the edit fields. Hope this helps Jimmy
