Good Morning: It sounds like you need to press the alt+n keys inn order to save your down load. After you press this key stroke you will have the option to save or cancel. I hope this will help.

Possible, but some keys are mapped to the JAWS quick navigation (k, l, g, z, x, c, etc.) so I avoid suggesting a single-letter option. When you're presented with the run or save, press Alt+S and that should get you in the dialog to specify a file name and location.
