email and Jaws

Hi,
Does anyone know why Jaws is not reading the message body of the email with Jaws 12 and Microsoft outlook 2010? What might be the problem? Thanks. Do you mean reading it automatically when opened? If so then Insert+V for the quick settings, type message and then arrow to "message Automatically reads" and check the box. Save. If you mean it doesn't read at all, then do what I do: Unload JAWS and reload. That usually clears it up.
