Here's what I had to do to get this all to work for me. In Outlook 2010 do this: Press alt+f. You will hear save as dialog, ignore this. Right arrow to account settings dot dot and press space bar. Switch to the JAWS cursor. Arrow down or up to add or remove or change accounts and press space bar. Arrow down or up to you can add or remove account or you can select an account and change it settings. Tab three times to the change dot dot tool bar and press space bar. You will land on the name of the account, which you should recognize as your own. Go ahead and edit this to whatever you want. Press alt+N for next. Tab to close and press space bar. You should hear you were successful and press space bar on finish. Press Esc to get back to your in box. Don't forget to switch back to the PC cursor. Do you hear the word "link" when you arrow to that URL? If not, then it's not a real link. Something may be wrong, like an embedded character that doesn't show. Also, are these messages plain text or html? Dave Carlson Tastefully composed and transmitted from somewhere in the Western United States, using a Dell Latitude E6520 and Windows 7
