You can still use the old shortcuts, if you can remember them. They will not open menus as you go, but they will get you into each of the dialogs. Font Alt+o then f separately Paragraph: Alt+o, then p separately Format: Alt+o, then a separately Just pretend that you are still hearing the old menus.
