While the balloon is still up on the screen; you should be able to use the JAWS left mouse command (key pad slash) to activate it. Note that these balloons do not stay up very long. In some cases; the program which put up the balloon will leave an entry in the system tray after the balloon goes away. Use JAWS key + f11 to get to the system tray. -----Original Message-----

on my vista machine, every once in a while, jaws 12 will say: "solve computer problems, windows has found solutions to computer problems, click to solve" How can I click the balloon?
