Moderated good news--Re: Facebook issue

Good news—I discovered while still experimenting that the issue was not having cookies enabled, so I fixed my internet settings so that FB would be allowed to have their cookie accepted. I am now back among the “Facebook living,” have already checked out one of the groups I haven’t been to in weeks—so, if this ever occurs for anyone else, make sure you enable cookies for FB. thanks!

Hi, Sandra. Have you tried the space bar on the form field to make sure the form field is open. Also, try left and right arrows while in each field to make sure each field is populated.

 

I have had trouble with Internet Explorer lately not populating the fields, or even missing the first couple of letters before it begins to populate the field.

Hey, all,

 

Since I uninstalled, then re-installed, I.E. 11, I haven’t been able to log into my FB account—though before that, was always recognized. It seems the form fields may not be working with JAWS, because I’ve even tried to set up a new account, and nothing happened. Is anyone else having trouble? Is there a Contact Us link or phone # I can use to get this straightened out, if not? I’m really pining for FB, since I belong to 7-8 groups there, so want to get this figured out ASAP.
