I have a fairly new precision 7770 (acquired right at Christmas time of 2022) and it BSODs quite frequently (at least a couple times a week). The 7720 I used previously did not have any such problems.

Also, just as a note, you can label graphics so that screen readers speak whatever text you assign and then even graphics buttons are usable. The trick here is making sure you get the labels right.
