My guide from when I was helping the trainers at the VA was to curse at Word. Press alt followed by F followed by I followed by E This always reminded me of the song in Camelot "Fie on Virtue". BTW F

No Luck With Closing Program Via Task Manager
Perhaps the designer needs to see if they need to add something to that program to insure all processes close when you exit. It sounds like something is hanging somewhere. Richard Ralph's Observation:
