Closing all your programs/apps and restarting your computer would be the first think to do, as most likely it will result in restoring normal behaviour.

I don't use WinAmp but you should look in settings for anything that is related to your music library or location and change it to the new location. Just poke around you will find it eventually.

By the way, I'm using Outlook 2016, but 2016 serves as the code base for 2019 and 365, and I very much doubt that Advanced Find has been touched in some time.
